Hello and welcome to the PODS 2024 Photo Hunt!

Hello and welcome to the Photographers of Dripping Springs (PODS) 2024 Photo Hunt! We will be spending the 2024 year in a competition to see who can capture each month’s 3 photo targets and win up to $150 in Precision Camera gift cards! See rules below!

That’s right! Up for grabs are 2 Gift Cards to all of our favorite local camera shop, Precision Camera. Simply take a photo of each months target and submit them to podsphotohunt2024@gmail.com by the last day of the month and watch your points roll in!

Just take this month’s list of targets and submit 1 high resolution photo for each target you can capture. Each photo is worth 5 points. Each photo taken with a PODS member and you also provide a selfie is +1 BONUS POINT. Get a shot of the Dripping Springs Chamber of Commerce target and get a +1 BONUS POINT. Each month has a possible 20 points and the person with the most points as of midnight November 30, 2024 wins a $100 Gift Card form Precision Camera. Both the Photo Hunt points leader as well as the Wildcard winner will have a large print displayed (size to be determined later) at the Annual PODS Christmas Party and then hung in a place of the Chamber of Commerce’s choosing for up to 1 year!

BUT WAIT THERE’S A WILDCARD!

The person with the most LIKES on any image posted for the Photo Hunt on the PODS public Facebook Page wins a $50 Gift Card from Precision Camera! Get likes on your photo by posting the link to the Facebook post any way you want but make sure they show on posted photo.

RULES!

1 photo per target
Limited to PODS Members only
NEW photos only and NO jumping ahead
PODS Partner Points Bonus only with “selfie” proof (pics or it didn’t happen)
All photos must be emailed by midnight on the last day of each corresponding month
High Resolution so they can be printed
Please include a link to you, your portfolio or social media
Images will not be accepted anywhere but podsphotohunt2024@gmail.com
Any resulting tie in Subject Points or Facebook Likes will have the winner decided at the annual Christmas party by popular confidential voting
Any resulting tie will have both hunters given the opportunity to plead their case at the annual Christmas Party
